Department of Computer Science and Engineering conducts a biannual Lecture series in memory of the first head of our Department - Prof. M N Neelakantan. Prof. Neelakantan was Professor of Electrical Engineering, founder of the Computer Science and Engineering Department and Dean at Regional Engineering College, Calicut. He was a constant source of inspiration for our department to excel, be it in fields of academics or research.
The MNN Memorial Lecture series is aimed at bringing eminent visitors to the campus, with a lecture from them on the latest frontiers in their field of research, followed by an interactive session with the students.
