As per the Industry collaboration with SAP LABS Bangalore, CSED has organized two invited lectures on 26.11.2013.

The details of the talks are as follows:

1.      Non Functional Testing

Resource Person: Mr.Ganesh Moorthy Duraisamy

Mr.Ganesh Moorthy Duraisamy has 8 years of IT experience in performance analysis, Sizing of ABAP and JAVA Applications. He was selected as a High Potential employee for the year 2012 from SAP LABS India.

Dr. Balaji Palanisamy, Assistant Professor, University of Pittsburgh, USA, inaugurated the CSEA  activities for 2013-14,  on 22nd July, 2013,  with his enlightening  lecture on "Cost-effective Resource Management for Map Reduce Clouds: Challenges, Architectures and Techniques".  The keynote address was aimed at creating an awareness about network inefficiencies in Hadoop clusters,  when bursty input were generated in map or reduce tasks.
